At Soothing Solutions we tune in the music, supply you with baby wipes, make up remover wipes, Q-tips, an assortment of different size towels and wash cloths, bottled water and a timer. It is very important that you follow our directions and set the timer for only 10 min. at a time and place the timer across the room. When the timer goes off we ask that you actually stand up, open the door and leave the sauna and walk across the room to reset the timer for another 10 min. We keep the temp of the sauna at a fairly high heat and it can creep up on you if you are sitting sedentary in the sauna. Sometimes you don’t realize you are dizzy until you actually leave the sauna and start walking. Using this routine will help you get the best results with the least chance of any problems.
